Therapy is an incredible opportunity for healing, change and growth.
Here you can safely learn about yourself, develop new skills, and make real and lasting changes both for yourself and in your relationships with those most important to you. Counseling provides a supportive environment where you can heal from painful experiences, reduce conflict & distress and find solutions for your challenges. My goal in counseling is to enable you to recognize your strengths and use them to respond to the challenges you may be facing in life. My approach is to work with you to uncover your own creative solutions, but with guidance that is sensitive and compassionate, while also being honest and direct.
It is not always easy to reach out, share your story, and ask for help, but if you or someone you care about is hurting, therapy may be the right step on the path from where you are to where you want to be. Contact me for more information on how to get started. I look forward to hearing from you!
